Maya brings 12 years of experience blending vinyasa flow with mindful alignment. Her classes are known for their creative sequencing and emphasis on breath-body connection. She believes yoga is a practice of coming home to yourself.

Jordan Rivers

RYT-200, Barre Certified, Prenatal Specialist

Jordan's classes are joyful, inclusive, and empowering. With a background in dance and prenatal yoga, she creates spaces where students feel safe to explore their edge while honoring their body's wisdom.

Sage Martinez

Sage Martinez

RYT-500, Pilates Reformer Certified

Sage specializes in the intersection of yoga and Pilates, bringing precision and playfulness to every class. Her approach focuses on functional movement patterns that translate to everyday life, building strength from the inside out.

Luna Park

RYT-200, Yin & Restorative Certified
